These terms apply to the use of RTZ AI websites (rtz.ai) and identify who we are. Purchases of the ChauffeurKlaar product are governed by the terms on chauffeurklaar.nl/en/terms; payments there are handled by that site’s Merchant of Record.

3. Product ChauffeurKlaar
ChauffeurKlaar is a digital practice product of RTZ AI. Specific use, payment, delivery and refund terms are on chauffeurklaar.nl.

4. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, RTZ AI is not liable for indirect damages. Mandatory consumer law remains unaffected.

5. Law
These terms are governed by Dutch law.
